A funk/rock three-piece band (formed in 2001) with a polished and powerful sound. The band’s individual talents and enthusiasm combined, create a band that performs their recorded sound live.
With influences like The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Apollo 440, 311, Rage Against The Machine, Lenny Kravitz, Funkadelic, and U2—think funk meets rock, with a slice of pop…
Lyrically, Stereophile captures life, love, and everything in between with cautionary tales with tongue-in-cheek observations. The band has the unique ability to freely express their perception of life and its circumstances.
Stereophile have played shows including The Viper Room, Whiskey A Go Go, House of Blues, and other historic venues.
Their freshman EP was recorded with Stuart Niven in Brisbane, mixed by Andrew Scheps (Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Rolling Stones, Audioslave, The Mars Volta, and Limp Bizkit) in L.A. and mastered by John Paterno, was released and distributed through Sony-BMG in Australia.
The band relocated to Los Angeles in May 2007 to work on their follow up album with Andrew Scheps.

When we grow we all feel they rhythms of music within our life Sadly most of forget how music filled our lives as we all tend to grow up and out of music. The Dreamers keep all aspects of the music. To others they follow the general flow and go to show the substance is a cash flow.
The Dream of music has been hidden. Because of our families, we are all driven to go with societies flow.
No matter how it goes. The dreams of music is never forgotten Put in a cupboard of mind And pressured to conform.
The Real dreamers are never forgotten. Their lives are filled with passion, Imagination and regeneration of music.

Well I was hoping to see you guys one more time before I moved back to Boston, but looks like you'll be rockin' Australia pretty hardcore the next few months! I guess you'll just have to play shows on the East Coast when you make it back to the States.
