| About Tall Ships |
The Present:
Tall Ships is a group of rough 'n' tumble scavengers from Bennington, Vermont. We all have very interesting lives that we appreciate very much. We have found, generally, that there are many things that bind us together; that is, the fact that we are undeniably human, undeniably good willed, and undeniably excited about sounds, the emotions they convey, and the lives they are taken from.
We have one studio album (self titled). It's available through human to human contact, but otherwise lays quietly resting alone. We have one more show scheduled, which will give us the recordings of several new songs previously unrecorded. So- expect an EP of sorts.
This summer, we may play a small number of shows, but as a result of the physical relocation of several Tall Ships members, it's likely that the key 5 members will not be seen together playing this music much longer. While it is unfortunate, and the nastalgia is already settling in, there's no need to worry. We'll all be making music, that's for sure, some of us still together, some of us in foreign places with new friends.
