South Texas Elite Gymnastics and Dance is located in Cuero,Texas. S.T.E.G.&D. opened in October of 2002 and has had many different people represent the STARZ name! This page is for all the South Texas Elite members, old and new!! This site will eventually have pictures of past and current champions that can be viewed by all who want to keep up with what is going on in the gym.
South Texas Elite has many different programs and opportunites. Our pride and joy is our S.T.E.G.&D.STARZ competitive trampoline and tumbling program. Since 2002 the STARZ have had many athletes travel around the country letting their STAR shine bright! This past year the STARZ went to Memphis, TN for the 2007 U.S.A.G.Trampoline and Tumbling National Championships. The STARZ took nine athletes in which all nine placed in the top 10. The STARZ brought home two National Champions, Jessica Hale and David Garcia. The STARZ also had 2 silver medalists!! The STARZ will continue to train hard as they begin to prepare for next years Nationals that will be held in Kansas City, Missouri.
South Texas Elite also offers CHEERLEADING, BALLET, TAP, JAZZ, HIP HOP, RECREATIONAL CLASSES, PRESCHOOL CLASSES, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, FRIDAY NIGHT FUN, and MUCH MORE!! For any information concerning the gym or its progams call (361) 275-FLIP
