About me:
Starbananas Productions was created by Holly Riggs of Nonsense Records with the intent to give edgy, poignant, and innovative theatre a place in our arts scene. The theatre community at large has become a safe, exclusive club for those who wish to entertain or be entertained. But at its core drama represents its people in all stages of growth and walks of life. We have got to push those "safe" boundaries and become a more seasoned, well rounded people in and through this medium.
Theatre is the hip-hop of art....drawing elements from all other forms of expression to tell a story or relay a message through the miracle of a living art-form. No other medium does this in such an all encompassing way. Starbananas is looking forward to working with innovative, creative visionaries with a passion for theatre that transcends conventional application. We are looking forward to breaking new ground within this revolutionary craft.
