About me: ***New!!! The Spy Guys started out as a competition, but has changed. We are a showcase of Bands & singers & sometimes other entertainment. It is our objective to promote & enhance the careers of musicians in WNY. We are the musician for the musician. We do still hold a competition every 6 months to provide prizes & notoriety to our great performers. They are selected by a committee who goes over our footage from all our shows. The committee is a group of local disc jockeys & musicians. As most of you know, I want WNY on the map. There is no reason we should not be like Austin Texas. We have unlimited talent including a diverse original music scene. I knew WNY had awesome talent, but never realized how much. I have spent countless hours in the last 2 years looking for it. It is everywhere, coming out of the woodwork. There are a lot of very important & prominent people who want the same thing for WNY. It is just getting them together. ***NEW***I am so excited. We have 9
original bands coming to Club Diablo,
taping for cable television. It is the
beginning of a plan to bring promoters
& important people to Western New
York. There will be a TV Band Nite once
a month & a battle of the Bands once a
month on TV. It will start in Western New
York (headquarters) . Then we will next
go to Florida, probably Miami &
Orlando, & then up the Eastern Coast.
We have already talked to people out of
Florida, we first need to perfect the show
here. The quality of the Spy Guys
video will be first changing at the Club
Diablo Show. Jon Radice, who has
video taped many bands from Western
New York’s history, has joined forces
with The Spy Guys. The whole show will
enjoy a facelift, starting with the TV
Band Nite shows downtown, promising
better video & better sound quality.
There is so much talent in Western New
York. It is so incredible. Original music
is everywhere. Its great stuff,too. WNY
has the Falls. Toronto is a jump a way.
It has the waterfront, and an awesome
arts scene. There is no reason why
Western New York shouldn’t blow away
places like Austin, Texas. It is up to you
& me. Lets make a change. Come
