Hughley was the very first host of BET's "ComicView." He also appeared on HBO's "Def Comedy Jam". In 1998, he was given his very own sitcom, "The Hughley's", which aired on ABC. The series was based upon his own experiences moving into a predominately white suburb. He can be seen on Comedy Central starring in his late-night talk show, "Weekends at the DL." His one-hour comedy special, "Shocked and Appalled," also airs on the network. His latest work is on the NBC show "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip." He portrays Simon Stiles a Yale School of drama graduate and one of the three sketch show stars. It was the incredibly successful film "The Original Kings of Comedy" that launched him into stardom.
