How's this sound: Be able to tune your fuel injected Harley for cruising fuel mileage and tune it for maximum hold on power. How's this possible? Well, with our new Dynojet Tuning Center, that's how.
Spitzie's has made a major capital investment for the future, to ensure that we remain the Capital District's #1 Harley-Davidson service center. We have installed the latest Dynojet Tuning Center equipment and sent two technicians to the Dynojet Training Center in Las Vegas. We are now a fully authorized Dynojet Tuning Center.
Whether you ride a full dresser or a Sportster®, drivability is most important. If it's Dynojet tuned, adjusting the air to fuel ratio through the entire rpm range allowing your Harley to run to its full potential, will maximize horsepower, torque and fuel mileage.
Want to hear more? Stop in and see Sam. Whether fuel injected or carburated, we can provide you with the latest and greatest tuning technology and make your bike run the best it can.
About me:
Spitzie's was founded in 1940 by dealer namesake and area Harley-Davidson legend John "Spitzie" Splittgerber. Spitzie and his wife Joyce ran the dealership till well into the 1990's when they passed day-to-day operations onto son Dean and his family.
Owned and operated exclusively by the Splittgerber family, Spitzie's has grown from a small shop in Hoffmans, New York to a large dealership servicing customers throughout the Northeast. In addition, Spitzie's has become a virtual meeting place for motorcyclists, where riders regularly visit as much to socialize as to browse our huge line of parts and rider accessories.
On a typical weekend during riding season you'll find hundreds of visitors; during special events like Open House, the numbers swell to over a thousand!
Now owned and operated by son, Dean Splittgerber, Sr. Spitzie's Motorcycle Center is not only one of the most successful Harley dealerships in New York State, it is among the world's oldest continually operated family-owned Harley-Davidson dealerships.a fitting tribute to the skill and capability of the Splittgerber family and staff.
