| About The Soul Preachers |
Once upon a time there was a nice pretty small town in Sweden called Hälleforsnäs. Then The Soul Preachers came along and ruined everything. Or saved the town by waking everybody up from a big sleep. The walls crashed down and the local bandy team (Brukets Blå) split up. Now they rule the world, sitting right next to Lemmy. Or something like that.
The band started playing anyhow, just like any other band, and showed how it was done - the rock´n´roll thing. Bloody hell, they really did! It was long ago but the town hasn´t recovered yet. Still, it was almost like a big secret outside Hälleforsnäs that the band never existed. They put out a couple of records but never bothered to sell them or send them to any record companies. And when all the other bands were making CD´s The Soul Preachers put out a compact cassette instead. Those marvellous tunes have finally been remastered and released as a CD. Now the rest of the world will suffer as well... Or enjoy their music, whatever.

There's no one playing the bass for the moment. Any bass players out there who want to join The Soul Preachers? Uffe wants to play golf instead.
