Don't talk to me about rain! Just back from 2 weeks in Cyprus - when the plane started its descent in Manchester I wanted to tell the pilot to turn around! lol
The Filthy Souls are playin at Haigh (as well as Moco). Played my 1st gig with the last band with them, really good, v. Kings of Leon so I'm sure you'll like them.
No ... Well firstly the whole thing was running really late, so they probably didn't get on until 11.45. And then the sound was AWFUL. Phil and Phil were both clearly hacked off. The sound guy wouldn't do whatever technical stuff they were trying to get him to do. They ended up standing on stage making very barbed and sarcastic comments about the whole thing. And didn't even THINK about doing an encore. It was all very disappointed - but not their fault at all :(
