'Sly Hats' is the project of Kamerah 'Hats' Darling from Melbourne Australia. He has released a string of one-off EPs since forming in mid 2004. Debut album 'Liquorice Night' is out now! Sly Hats have/has been lucky enough to play with some favourites such as Little Wings (US), Calvin Johnson (US), Jens Lekman (Swe), Mt Eerie (US), Kath Bloom (US), Camera Obscura (SCO) The Brunettes (NZ), Micah P. Hinson (US), New Buffalo and Dear Nora (US). Sly Hats has also performed in America, Japan, Sweden, Denmark, Scotland, England and Germany.

someone told me recently that fluorescent light bulbs are actually constantly flickering on and off at a rate that we can't consciously detect (which i find mildly disturbing) and now whenever i see one my head starts singing 'you take me where the light isn't cru u u u uel
Hello, I had an operation this morning and last night I was staying up listening to your album with my friend Allison and it was just fantastic! We listened to it again in the car on the way to hospital and on the way home too. I've been really enjoying it!
I notice from other comments you have been in hospital too by the looks of it. I hope that all goes/went well and your recovery is smooth!
