Hello all,
The Sleepin' Dogs started in summer 2000 (8 years ago!) as "Corrosion" I think. The line up then was me (Randy), Joe Seiter, Adam Record, and Nick Hoffman. We later became "Payola" and during this era was our Hey Days. We had T-Shirts! The lineup was the same except we had Alex Tarvin on geetar. At this time we began to play at various bars around our hometown. At this time in our band's career we were playing mainly cover songs and some originals. I guess we were Rock & Roll?
We then started messing around with some different harmonies and country-style music. We then started calling ourselves "The Sleepin' Dogs". We still have the same lineup believe it or not with Zach Rowe as our lead geetar player and trust me folks we hit the jackpot there. We are definately the best that we have ever been, right now. Our only problem is we all live in different states. We are looking to expand our upcoming shows to include various cities in this beautiful country we call America.

You guys sounded awesome last night! I had a blast and it was so good to see all you boys again! Joe, this not seeing each other for forever thing is not working out, and Randy, I think me and Jeremy are planing on doing a little trip either end of september or early october. What do you think?

Thanks! Unfortunately I am having a party this Saturday and have to prepare for that on Friday. Just a note...I will be playing at Southern Lanes on Friday, August 22nd with Randy and Diane Turner Acoustic Duo. Stop up if you get a chance.

WOO HOO NEW SHOWS!!!!! I'm way excited about that! AND, the June 14th show can be for my birthday!!! (even though it's before my birthday... but still lets say its for my birthday =))
