This is "The Little Glutton" in response to MRSBO's March theme of stories by Heinrich Hoffman (from way back in the mid 1800's!) She is paperclay over a pear gourd.
Claude Badlee is, well, clawed badly! He was created in response to a challenge for the group MRSBO (Mrs Blathersby's Orphanage for the Unattractive & Mentally Unsound). Poor Claude picked on the wrong teddy bear for his slingshot target practice! Search MRSBO on Ebay to see all of the entries in this delightfully off-center little group!

Yeah! I'm glad you like them. I have started a mask of Lionel The Lion-Faced Man. I am going to do a whole collection, ossified girl, blockhead, conjoined twins, lobster boy . . . I want to have a sideshow art show with tickets and a barker featuring all the great circus freaks. Thats my plan.
Hello Josie. I adore your pinhead! I have been researching the classic circus sideshows of America for months. I am doing a collection of gourd masks and sculptures featuring my favorites of the era.
