Skate the Hate was started in the summer of 2006 by Gabe Holm as a way to bring the skate scene in the Northeast together. Rollerbladers from all over New England showed up for what turned out to be an amazing day of skating.
This year the event will take place on Saturday June, 16th. It will start off with a Old Man 25+ Division, followed by the 16 and Under Divsion, and then the Main Event which is open to any skater.
Since the contest now serves as a Roll Series regional qualifier, the top three skaters in each division will have a chance to skate in the Northeast regional comp in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Check out the recap of last years event on the photo pages, or video clips below.
