It does cost money. I chose godaddy for hosting. I searched google for shopping carts that can be integrated with paypal and google checkout and picked a basic one. To make a site if your don't know any html you'll need a wysiwyg editor. (wysiwyg means what you see is what you get) You can search for that or html editor. You'll also need to get an ftp to upload your files and a picture hosting site such as flickr. com or photobucket. com It takes ALOT of time but it's worth it. Do some searches on google for how to build a website. It seems overwhelming but just take your time.
