707 & CVC are partnering with The Red Cross and WCRF
to hold our third annual blood drive on Tuesday, July
22 from 6:30am until 8pm.
Jesus shed His blood to save us, so why not give some
of ours to save others?
We still need lots of help.
6:30 - 9am - need 7 volunteers
9-11am - need 7 volunteers
11am - 1pm - need 8 volunteers
1-3pm - need 5 volunteers
3-5pm - need 8 volunteers
5-7pm - need 3 volunteers
7-9pm - need 10 volunteers

I am trying to get a bunch of people to write little encouragement notes to the Ukraine team so that they can each have a note to read from someone each day they are there! Could you please send a little note to me so that I can give it to one of the team members? You can write notes to just one person, or all of them! Doesn't matter! Anything would help! Hey everybody! We wanted to get the word out this morning and clarify some of the details of what happened last night. During setup for last night’s 707 service, we had a small fire on stage. It was purely an accident, and do one was harmed at all. There was no serious damage to the building at all. Thanks to some of our volunteers and building staff for putting out the fire and making sure that everyone was safe.

It was so beautiful to see how everyone banded together to make sure everything was taken care of last night. Several people opened their homes for people to gather and worship, and plenty of volunteers helped us clean up after the fire. Thanks so much to everyone who pitched in last night! We’ll see you all next week!

A 7.9 magnitude earthquake rocked the central coastal region of Peru early Wednesday evening, destroying buildings and leaving many people without power, water or communications. Immediately following the quake, the Peruvian Red Cross sent a relief team to the region to assess the damage and evaluate the needs of those affected.

The powerful quake struck around 6:40 p.m. local time and was centered 90 miles south of Lima , the country’s capital. Initial reports indicate that several hundred people were killed and more than 1,300 have been injured. The province of Ica was hardest-hit by the largest temblor to strike Peru in 30 years. Widespread damage was also reported in the area of Chincha.


Event Date Saturday 08/25/07 at Machu Pichu Rest. Downtown

Come join us as we seek to raise money to help the victims of the
August 15th Earthquake in Peru.
The benefit will be free of charge, and feature Dj Willie, Peruvian Dance troop "Raices Peruanos"
Peru exhibit by Ana Dummet.
We simply ask that you make a donation to the American Red Cross.
A member of the Red Cross will be on hand to answer questions and take donations.
A portion of Machu Pichu Restaurante's proceeds from this event will be donated to the Red Cross.

I enjoyed the service yesterday- sometimes it's easy to forget that the stories we read about in Scripture involved real people who lived ordinary lives.. and they had the same incorrect expectations of God as we do today..

Hey guys!! There is a 707 harvest party @ 326 S. Main St. on Friday night!!! It is next to Bricco and the whisky ranch!!! Starts at 8 and ends at 12! You guys should come! Alot of people are coming!!! God is so good and this is a great opportunity to show Jesus' love to those who may not know Him!!! Get excited!!! God is moving...
