SAY UNCLE!! was born out of part boredom/part desire/and part frustration with the emo-crap that has been bursting out radio speakers everywhere. Here is a quick bio on the guys in the group:
Chris is married with 3 children, has played guitar since the age of 6. Is a huge fan of the rock group, KISS, recently quit smoking (can you tell that Chris wrote this part. hehe), Loves playing music and recording and would love to do it for a living. Currently he lives in Lavergne, Tn and works at United Methodist Publishing House in Nashville, TN. Orion has no wife and no children. He has been playing bass for a short time but has excelled at it very quickly. Is the biggest Trent Reznor/NIN fan that you will EVER (and I'm not exaggerating) meet in your life. Is the owner of the rehearsal space for the band and the German language expert in the group. Has more black band t-shirts that anyone can care to count. Influences: Trent Reznor, Tool, Jeordie White, Pantera, Billy Howerdel, A Perfect Cricle, Lamb of God, & anything artistic. Wes is married with 2 children. Has been playing drums since the age of 16. Is the resident pervert in the group (but we all are anyways, right?). Is a conneuseir of fine porn, Loves Korn & Anthrax above all other bands. Thinks anything recorded pre-1985 is pure crap. Thought that the AC/DC song "Dirty Deeds, Done Dirt Cheap" was saying, "Thirty Thieves and the Thunderchief". Has a great sense of humor and is always entertaining to be around. Smith: Chris Smith is married with 1 child and another on the way. Smith is a long time local to the Nashville music scene. Before signing up with Say Uncle, he was the vocalist for the notorious Not Worth Trusting. Influences: Marilyn Manson, Suicidal Tendencies, In Flames, Misfits, and much much more.
