Who Is Hi-Jynx:

Hi-Jynx was Born in Brooklyn, the Mecca of the New York rap scene before later residing in the birthplace of the Hip-Hop renaissance, Queens NY. He began writing original music at the early age of 11 and would continue to grow as a well rounded versatile emcee on records delivering a multitude of flow patterns backed by potent messages embedded in the words he would choose. He first became familiar with Hip-Hop by seeing the artists he admired displayed in the pages of popular magazines and tv programs such as Video Music Box and Flava Videos, Hi-Jynx realized that the drive and determination that emcees possessed to move individuals and crowds with thier words was a drive that he himself possessed as well.

In every aspect of the word "change" he embodies the movement of progressive music in the Hip-Hop genre. Adapting to different sounds and working with some of the most prolific artists around the city of New York. With thoughts influenced by a variety of social and economical circumstances he's able to provide listeners with substantial material that upon several or more listens, changes the way that they view his work as well as the world in which they are living.

"When it's all said and done I want people to be able to take the music and apply it to their train of thought, apply it to their livelihood."

Believing that through his musical efforts he will progress open forums and cross influence people from different walks of life to interact and become socially linked with their peers. The idea of this vision is called the Abstract Minds Movement.

Cuz one track will be related to money and big business and then another would be about a woman. And then it all eventually fell apart near the end of the mixtape, which is what happens alot in life cuz folks chase the money and forget about the love in their life. Or not so much as forget, but sacrifice alot of time that could've been invested in that person in order to get the next check to maintain the luxury standard of life that inevitably compels us. I don't wanna take up all the space on here so let me know if I'm close. lol
