Singer/guitarist Sandra Poulain met Frnz in Toulouse in 2005. They recorded a few demos together, in particular a cover of Suzanne Vega’s « Luka ». They formed a duo called Reverb and were soon joined by Christophe Roumegas on the bass. The songs, consisting of covers lead by Sandra’s folk guitar pleased the audience of Toulouse’s small concert halls and cafés.
In summer 2006, Sandra decided to focus on original compositions and wrote about a dozen songs. She wanted to create a more personal project bearing her name. With Christophe on the bass, the duo was working well and they wanted to increase their activity and share their emotions with the audience. On stage the bond is obvious, with common musical influences making composition easy. Sandra wrote her texts in English. Thanks to the Internet, she met Jessica Kuijer and René-Pierre who respectively lent her their words for “You can feel” and “Pour toi”.
Feeling the need to further enrich the band’s musical arrangements, they asked guitarist Gregory Bitard to join the team and share his talent and artistic sensitivity within the newly formed trio. The harmony of two folk guitars resulted in a very pleasing sound and confirmed the band’s folk-pop nature.
Summer 2007 saw Sandra’s participation in ”Sur la route de Tullins” in the South of France, Tullins’ gathering of writers/singers. The audience, composed of professionals, was enthralled and vigorously encourages Sandra to continue on this way, as the combination of talent and work leaves no one indifferent.
Only a drummer was missing to bring out yet another dimension to the band’s songs. Christopher J. Adams filled the gap and was quick to sync his rhythmic. Soon afterwards, the band decided to record a 5 titles demo CD, with Frnz supervising sound takes and mixing.
Toulouse’s Ferdillon bar/restaurant welcomed the first performance of the complete band. The concert, attended by a vast audience, lifted the veil of a band that communicates both energy and emotion.
After Gregory’s departure, Anthony Morgan joined the band as the new lead guitar. With this addition we are hoping to take a more rock-oriented direction with our music.

Bien évidemment une grande partie des recettes vous sera reversée !
De plus nous souhaitons mettre en place un « réseau » d’artistes.
Ce réseau permettra à tous les adhérents de s’entraider dans différentes situations : -organisation de concerts -hébergements des groupes en tournée -échange de bons plans (studio, salles de concerts…) -…
Enfin, @ROCK MUSIC LABEL organisera des concerts réguliers afin que le public découvre les artistes là où ils s’expriment le mieux : SUR SCENE !!!
