A rope that appears to be a snake,
A bacchanalian sobriety hard to shake.
Phantoms of thoughts,
Specters of imagination,
Fading, brilliant spots,
And a depressed elation.
Struggling calmness,
And a numb sensation.
Flecks of orange,
Shades of red,
Intimations of change,
Flickering shadows inside his head,
