funny how delicately one must manage words in one's mouth. easily lost and forgotten and misinterpreted... i'm still motivated by the goal of communication, as abysmally as the chance "lingual objectivism" is a term which, though a malaprop, identifies an undercurrent of public thought enough that we understand one another. We have a civic meme operating here, and it is a collective hive mind client.
The changing pathways of international law, relations, and trade literally, I believe, evolve and compete among themselves *google Dawkins. We concern ourselves with instinctual drives surfacing as behavior and being linked to the genes themselves. The metaphorical construct of "memes" is then made concrete- the ideas are manifest in the hardware constraints aligned when the brain was in its earliest stages of physical development. They come to fruition subgenerationally. They are the most highly adaptive and quickly mutating phenotype on the planet: human ideas.
Hopefully i have said nothing about myself, and something about us all?

So it's my b-day tomorrow but my only present is gonna be my thermal physics final exam at 8 in the fuckin mornin so you guys betta wish me oodles of luck i'll need em. the oodles that is. but seriously, it's been a long strange trip this semester has really. but just in case ya care, i'll tell ya what's my school plan:

what kind of a geek puts this in myspace? LOL...
after NC state it's off to Arizona State for a phd in physics through the bionanotechnology program at the Biodesign Institute working with environmental biotechnology, artificial photosynthesis, and hydrogen fuel cell technologies... BUT before that I just might do a Peace Corps gig and come back to pick up a degree in International Relations... my bro Colin is going into IR at ASU this Fall so I can have him snoop it out for me first.
minor update: working as a research assistant now in the physics dept at ncsu, doing some data analysis on dna confined in nanochannels and working on a TIRF microscope, biolabelling with biocompatible upconverting IR-flourescent nanoparticles in e.coli. Trying to lyse cells on the chip and float the dna into the channels. I'll put up some links to some background info for anyone interested in this stuff.
exam time! ahh. freakin out. totally. it'll be soo nice to get smashed on tuesday afternoon.... lol.
