1) Construction of a resource website for, and linking, all Illinois freedom groups 2) Call out for leaders/organizers to step up 3) Possibilities for the future (ex: Anti-Real ID Legislative Team,etc.) 4) General suggestions, Q&A session
This call will be moderated strictly to be sure that it goes smoothly and quickly. The aim is to complete this first call within one hour, though more or less time will be allotted if necessary. We need as many people on this call, from Illinois, as we need to reach out to each other in a big way. If people from surrounding states that you work with are interested in joining then we encourage that, but our focus is on getting Illinois active! We have a high population state with a lot of good freedom loving activists so there is no reason why we cannot build strong alliances with precise organization and help light the way for our fellow residents who are still "in the dark" when it comes to freedom issues!!!

The IL GOP has set an early deadline (April 1st) for Republican County Chairman (ward and township committeemen in Cook) to submit their list of delegates for the State Republican Convention to be held June 6 & 7 in Decatur. YOU can be a State Convention delegate! There are literally hundreds of delegate vacancies that can be filled.
In addition to approving a new state party platform, there are still ten more Presidential Delegates to be named to go to the National Convention. According to the Illinois Republican Party website.
