Mark's Blurbs |
About me:
A 19 year old human male who lives a comfortable, quiet life, purely due to chance, in one of the nicest parts of the world known as Australia. I'm not very sociable, but I try not to be a recluse. I enjoy thinking, walking, talking, but only quietly, not loudly. Most of all, I'm rather apathetic, in that I like people, but I mostly stay close to myself and my family.
I'm a freethinker, a proud human and and firm believer in equality for all human beings, and I believe in Unity and Prosperity. I'm not religious. I wish to be of some use to my species and all my fellow human beings.

Who I'd like to meet:
People who are interested in science, particularly biotechnology. People who have interesting views. People who have an opinion about anything. Anyone who is not afraid to use their brain, and think about things for themselves.
As for dead people: Kurt Godel, Mao, Karl Popper, JFK, Castro, M.C. Escher, John Stewart Mill, Karl Marx and even Zoroaster himself. In short, anyone who was important. That includes all the Chinese Emperors, English Kings and Queens, Japanese Shoguns, Persian Kings, UK Prime Ministers, US Presidents, ect.
More Importantly: People I do not want to meet: People who repeatedly say that I'm going to hell (and smile about it), people who actually believe the moon landing was a hoax, people who believe something "just because" they grew up believing it and people who would rather live with a comforting lie than an uncomfortable truth.
