I make music that sounds good to the ears of musicians I respect and myself. Sometimes we make music together, which is even more radical. Kind of selfish, maybe, but I figure if you're watching me, then I should be leading on in the having of good times, else you might leave, then trash my good name on the streets of your town, leaving my precious image sullied, rendering my burgeoning career defunct, and resigning the good times to be, well, not so good.
I like to see your faces upturned toward the stage, light playing on it softly like the fingers of some ginger lover who's afraid to wake you. I like to see you shake it, sitting, standing, rocking out, rocking it. I feed off of your collective energy, and give you something to chew on with what I put out. We can dine together, you and I.
Hey, the mix is up, getting some feedback on it. I'm not totally convinced I've nailed it and am open to some criticism and opinions. If you've got a spare four minutes of course.
Well I truly believe Rob is one of the best graphic artists in Canada. Maybe North America, but I'm not that exposed to art from elsewhere y'know?
You're backing vocals on Bohemian as great, you bowled over everyone, but there's one spot where Jordy was trying to match you and you both end up screaming, it's fantastic! A complete party picture - which is what I was hoping for. We'll probably have to do something like that again for another song, hopefully. That was fun!

Yup - whenever is fine - I'm splitting time between home and NYC for the next few months, so studio time is pretty precious anyway. Record what the band's doing with the songs, I'd love to hear it (even if it's a crappy old cassette in the corner!)
