After 50 shows, The Hustle has been bringing the groove back to the beaches
for a little over a year. Funkier than a mosquitos’ tweeter, and with
beats so dirty it’ll have your mum washing the stereo’s speakers
out with soap, the shows rise in popularity is no surprise. Chuck in a bit
of good humour, daft news items and the odd insight into Sydney’s music
scene and your guaranteed a big night in.
To help celebrate each week; hosts Dan and Simon will be bringing you a melting
pot of the finest in funk, soul and whatever else they can get their hands
on; all designed to get your lips smiling and your booty jiggling.
Tune in Sunday at 9pm and find your free ticket to the party of the year.

KING TIDE (SYDNEY) Vs CUSTOM KINGS (MELB)
at SONAR - LUNAR PARK THURS 15 and FRI 16 NOVEMBER
Sydney's very own reggae royalty goes head to head with Melbourne's newest groove merchants over 2 big nights to celebrate the openning of Sydney's newest live venue. Sonar ,, at Lunar Park opens its doors for the first time on Thursday, 15th November. Situated on the water at Milsons Point, it is the first premier music venue on the North Shore with state of the art sound and lighting systems. King Tide will be fresh from performing as a headliner at the Island Time Festival 2007, capping off a huge 2007 that has seen the band tour extensively promoting their latest album 'Scared New Wolrd'. Known for their high energy live shows King Tide have earned their fan base on the live scene - through putting on a great show. Reggae is their compass taking them to new and wonderful musical lands.
Co-headlining with the Tide are Melbourne‚s Custom Kings. The bands influences span from roots, hip hop, reggae, folk and straight up pop music. With the highly anticipated release of their debut album ,,At Sea‚ and the lead radio track ,,Swimming in the Darkness‚, their popular tunes will have the crowd on the dance floor in no time. Custom Kings music sails to the heart of an uncertain fog - genuine tales versus non-existent yarns. ..We wanted an atmosphere in each song - these snapshots of fiction with a little bit of truth in them,'' Nick laughs. ....If I use my imagination: maybe it'll inspire the listener to run away with theirs.'' Don't miss these two very special nights as the band that has long been regarded in Sydney as our very own reggae all stars go head to head with the group that is widely bei
