About me:
I have joined with another developing NPO/NGO and we have decided to combine our efforts. Thankfully the people that I joined with are just as dedicated to actually making this happen and we are meeting consistently to build our joint efforts.
We are taking our time with every detail because we want to ensure the success of our efforts. And for those of you who will come out and show support when our efforts have reached fundraisers, I want to thank you for still being here ahead of time!!!!!!

For those of you who were so giving and donated to ProjectLOVECHILD...
The paypal account was set up so that once we reached our goal, we were going to transfer your donations to Save Darfur & Obangatek.
The stall?
Paypal.
They locked the account due to failure to update account information.
Despite our efforts to update it, it will not unlock, so we have been going back and forth with Rep's to solve this problem! It is almost there, and projectLOVECHILD apologizes deeply for the delay!
Thank you to those of you who have donated directly to any of the organizations we have listed on our page.
projectLOVECHILD will update you when our joint efforts are complete, and the paypal situation is fixed!

We have our Darfur Donation Drive currently in progress, where we will be selling "Gently Used" items such as clothes, sneakers and household items. We will also be selling art from local artists, and clothes from Stray Cat Vintage (in Fullerton) and hopefully clothes from a few local brands. MOST OF EVERYTHING SOLD AT YARD SALE PRICES.
On the day of our event we will be accepting donations of not-so-yard-sale-like clothes, shoes, and household items. ALL of the money made will be donated to SAVE DARFUR and CHRF (go to http://www.chrf.org/sudan.html).
What we need from you are donations ahead of time! So if you have not-so-yard-sale-like sneakers, clothes, etc. PLEASE CONTACT US telling us what you are willing to donate and we will schedule a pick-up date. PLEASE PLEASE DONATE!
I know many of you here have too many sneakers, clothes, jewelry, etc. and we would greatly greatly appreciate your donations! WE CANNOT DO IT WITHOUT DONATED ITEMS.
ALSO-If you are an artist, and would like to donate a couple pieces of art, we (I, especially) would love you for it!!
SPREAD THE WORD, ask your friends, get donated items together, message us and we will pick it up!!

projectLOVECHILD is dedicated to raising awareness within the youth community about the devastating, HUMAN issues that torture and murder millions of innocent children every day.
PLEASE DONATE and help a child who is in desperate and urgent need.
$1,$5,$25,$100....it's all love, and it's all for the children.
Here are some examples of how a little can go a long way when you donate to UNICEF:
* Just 6 cents can provide one packet of oral rehydration salts for one child to treat severe dehydration and diarrhea, a leading cause of death among young children in developing nations.
* $1 protects a child from measles for life. Measles is lethally infectious. It is still responsible for 750,000 child deaths annually.
* $1.20 can immunize a mother and her newborns against maternal and neonatal tetanus, which is completely preventable but claims the lives of about 30,000 mothers and 200,000 newborns each year.
* $2.50 can provide one child with basic school supplies such as pencils, books, chalk, slate board and paper.
* $10 can provide one carton of biscuits to support and rehabilitate three severely malnourished children for one month.
