As many of you all know Nuesion is working on an online marketing campaign to find "MySpace Allstars". That alone is exciting and we’re getting responses from all around. But we want the best. We’re about to drop 2 big news items soon. Including the dates for the auditions as well as something that… well I can’t say much yet since it just dropped today but it will involve incredible views and exposure on one of the top 2 sites all over the internet. That should give you an idea. Things are moving fast and our first launch is coming soon, so if you have not submitted your info to Nuesion, be sure you do.
Manuel Göttsching's Official Birthday Party + ONLY Live Concert in Germany 2007
Sunday, 9. Sept. 2007 from 9.00pm to 9.00am @ Watergate, Falckensteinstr. 49, 10997 Berlin
After the screening of Manuel's and Kinga Kielczynska's DVD "WROCLAW LIVE" the unique birthday concert will follow!
Live on stage beside Manuel: ELLIOTT SHARP, one of the most interesting personalities from New York's Downtown scene in Jazz, Rock and New Music. WHITE, the No 1 Band from China, discovered by Sonic Youth for the Oxident and produced by Blixa Bargeld. Further, New York's Deep House legend JOE CLAUSSELL, with whom Manuel did the album "Joaquin Joe Claussell meets Manuel Göttsching": 70ies meet the 21th century, as Claussell works with Manuel's tracks from the long sold out "PRIVATE TAPES". Only "Shuttlecock", the original version of this song, not the known one from "BLACKOUTS", Joe leaves untouched because more and more this title is considered classic as Manuel's "E2-E4" is.
Other guests: DIXON, MARC SCHNEIDER, MYMY and ARTUR8.
The birthday party also marks Manuel's new CD release: "LIVE AT MT. FUJI", distributed by Musicmine in Japan, Bertus in the BeNeLux and Wordandsound in the rest of the world.
