The Umeå, Sweden-based duo Plan a Revolution was formed in the winter of 2006 and consists of Jonas Ericson and Thomas Jonsson, both on guitar and vocals. They have collectively released a total eight albums with various bands such as The Satellite Circle and Daisy Hayes. Today, as an acoustic duo, the formula is unplugged and dynamic.
Their musical style can be best described as an extraordinary synthesis of the prototypical American singer/songwriter style of Tom Petty, seventies rock and a dose of classic hard rock. Plan a Revolution combines strong melodies, catchy riffs and plenty of harmonies.
