hey James Thought I'd stop by and see what you've been making lately. Talking of which I watched the video for Cherryade again the other day -cool! (ancient history now I know)
Hamez!! just wanted to wish you a happy birthday! Could not make it to the pub last night, but we shall raise a cup for you in rehearsal (like we always raise cups). Wish you had a great birthday, properly celebrated, and a long life full of conquers and massages..
After 18 months of songwriting thrills, spills, chilled drinks and temperamental strange beautiful mentalist Shelley like waif and stray musicians baring their warm hearted souls at weekly music night ’Myspace or Yours’. The folks from SONGWRITERS ANONYMOUS are kickstarting a monthly residency at The Vibe Live with a showcase for the acts they’ve nominated for this years Indy Music Awards.
Ta muchly for the add my lovely! Nice to see your still around making music! I particularly like cherryade, its bouncy good! Anyway keep up the good work, and come up north we hardly ever get any one decent up this way! xx p.s What the hell is that thing trying to bite of your head? Its scary!!
So I was in Oxfam in Peterborough yesterday.. flicking through the CDs and videos when I came across a CD that I found very tempting..
I can't remember the single's name, but one of the B-Sides was "I'm a Man not a Boy".. I was slightly giggling to myself, looking like some kind of madman to the rather attractive girl behind the counter..
Would have bought it but I thought it might seriously freak her out as I'd be giggling even more while paying for it..
Haha. You being serious about the badger thing? Because if you are, then its the final straw... Its time we showed those badgers that we're not to be trifled with.
I must send you a proper message soon - have been rushing around like a nutter. Today I was filming for a documentary in Portsmouth all day, spent an hour and a half d-touring around bad traffic to get home and am now simultaneously checking my messages and doing my laundry. Next jobs: shower and food.
I had a dream about you the other night... my night-time imagination is a strange place. You were well over 6ft and escorting me somewhere via a school/hospital. o_O
