Picture Books is a blue collar prog-pop five piece from Chicago. They've played in some known bands (Troubled Hubble/Meth and Goats) and some unknown (People of Paper/Geronimo!/Gung-Ho).
These fellows are the players: Erik Harms (Guitar / Voice), Nicholas Kelly (Drums / Voice), Kelly Johnson (Bass), Joshua Miller (Guitar / Voice), Nicholas Papaleo (Keys / Glockenspiel / Melodica / Voice).
Picture Books released their debut record Maybe, If We Run in late 2007. Their latest recording Rochelle Rochelle, a four-song EP, will be released in November 2008 on Bearnose Records. They love to play their instruments. They love to play them loud. They do.
