He dude. I'm teaching middle school. Its sweet, the school is only 3 years old, lotta good things going on, but I definetly have to get my students in gear, all 250 of them.
Phil? Phil Conner? BING! The insurance guy? BING AGAIN! No, actually I'm Chef'n it up at Whole Foods (its this big organic supermarket chain). Not bad... I'm trying to climb the ladder a bit. My application is in to try out to be a cooking instructor in our store's demo kitchen. If that doesn't work, I have a lead on a job with Apple computers (kind of a radical change). Constantly moving around, trying out new things. Like the "Dazed and Confused" line from the infamous Matthew McConaughey: Just L-I-V-I-N-Livin!

hey it's goin' pretty good. been doing some heavy writing the last few months, and am working on the recordings of it now. some pretty not-jon like stuff, but i'm pretty happy with it.

Life is good...just puttin' along trying to keep my head above water. We got dumped on finally with nearly a foot of snow.....how convenient now that hunting season is almost over.
pat pat... my band is coming though the OH. We're playing in Cleveland on 9/18 (gee I guess that's less than a week away). Not sure if you can make it to the big city on a tuesday, but if you can it would be cool to see you. We're playing a place called the Davenport. Maybe we'll see you on our adventure to the east.
Hey "Pat-ster"! What's up? I start school next week. I'm excited and scared all at the same time. I can't believe I'm done at Ithaca after this year! This summer has been fun. I got to see Melody Garrett when I drove back up from Greensboro, and I got to see Arlin this summer because he was teaching at a camp in upstate NY. I hope you're doing well. Keep in touch!

Hey Pat, I just got back from Yosemite ... saw four bears and had to scare them away ... and a rattlesnake ... freaky! So my CD is a pretty long range plan. I still have to learn 2 Piazolla Tangos, Rodrigo Invocacion y Danza and Dyens Sausade nos 1, 2 ... so lots of work ... maybe like 6 mos or something. You definitely have some leeway and could take anywhere up to a year if you'd like. hey BUDDY! hope everything is good in Ohio. Great weather over here. Pretty exciting time, Phil, Joe (no not Joe Hurless), and I found a place in Greenlake, which is toward the North end of Seattle, but still in "Seattle". We get to move at the end of this month.
