About me:
Established in 1998, OutCold Productions is a small independent production company
operated from a home office. With a professional staff offering many years of video experience,
OutCold Productions can help you with your video projects. Video Editing and Visual Effects
represent the great majority of our business, but we also specialize in Pre-Production work as
well as Cinematography. We also have the ability to film special events such as plays, parties, etc.
Most of our Clients have difficulties with post productions services, so if it’s
hardware, software, or just the fact that you are in need of a good editor we can help! OutCold Productions works with top of the line software like Pro Tools, Final Cut Pro, Shake and many more.
Most directors have a problem with there sound being distorted but please remember that sound is only half the picture. However OutCold Productions does specialize in Post Production sound. Whether it be noise reduction, ADR, or Foley OutCold Productions can fix it. OutCold Productions knows how to work, and has the ability, to make your sound perfect. Frequency asked questions
Q: How can I give OutCold Productions a script or story pitch?
A: You can send all scripts and story ideas to Scripts@outcoldproductions.com. There a reprehensive will review the script for consideration. Please note that we get a lot of emails a day regarding scripts so please allow us some time to get back to you.
Q: Does OutCold Productions do weddings and parties?
A: Unfortunately No, we don’t film weddings or parties. However, In Fall of 2008 OutCold Productions will have a new division called “Once in a Lifetime Productions”. There you will be able to get a videographer for your wedding and other special events.
Q: Does OutCold Productions do casting for films?
A: Yes, please send film information to our casting director at Jason@outcoldproductions.com. He will review your film and see if he is able to cast the film. However, we are unable to cast all of the films that are requested.
Q: Do you guys hire cast and other crew for your films?
A: We are always looking for new people to work with. If you are interested in working on one of our films or joining out team, please email Hiring@outcoldproductions.com with some information about yourself and of course a resume always is a huge plus.
Q: Where can I get a copy of your films?
A: Email Films@outcoldproductions.com and we can work out a deal where we can send you the film VIA mail. Or please visit our myspace for updated on film festival screenings.
Q: I have been hearing bad rumors from Charter Tech’s TV department, why is that?
A: Unfortunately, they don’t like it when people work with us and are not happy with our work. However, we support them in everything they do and are a great resource for up and coming films. Most of us went to that high school there and it was a great experience for us. However, the TV department has told students some outrageous information in order for people to dislike us. We will be more then happy to clear anything up that may have confused you about our company. Q: We work with another film company is that a problem?
A: Absolutely not, we love to work with new film companies and film makers. We encourage that film companies and film makers contact us at Resources@outcoldproductions.com. Here we can talk about up and coming films and we will also place a link on our myspace to your profile or website.
