This punk quartet started as a lark for a youth rally in the band's Austin, TX, hometown.
The positive reception led to a relatively long career, but the members of the band seemed to understand neither punk's culture nor its philosophy and ended up, depending on where you stood in the audience, as either a generic thrash band or a punk parody. ~ Brian Mansfield
