Who I'd like to meet:
You’ve probably heard of the ASPCA—the American Society for the
Prevention of Cruelty to Animals—since we were the first humane society in North America and are one of the largest in the world today. Our founder, Henry Bergh, started the ASPCA in 1866 “to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.” You can visit our website at www.aspca.org or our MySpace profile at myspace.com/officialaspca to stay informed about all the things we do to help animals.

If your pet has ingested a potentially harmful substance, contact the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435 (there is a fee for this service).
