hey matt! sooo we all went up to antigo this weekend and it def. wasnt as fun as when you guys go. and when we got there gpa was trying to turn the water on, but it wouldnt work so we had no water and if we wanted to flush the toilet we had to go to the lake and fill up four buckets of water and dump them in the tiolet. it sucked lol. are you coming over the summer?

duddde your missing some real wisconsin weather here. today's high was -1 and they still force us to go to school when the there's a -25 windchill. it was -15 when i woke up this morning. we wisconsinites really wish you could join us for this beautiful weather..

course was a blast!!didn't see you there.I was on a team with Jose Sarah and Shannon.We got 4th or 5th I believe.It was fun.You should try the course if you've never done it.I will probably be doing the next 24 hour they have there.Hows is training going?

Honestly biking at that altitude didn't get to me too much, although it was kicking Matt's (von digg) ass. Last time I went backpacking at like 11, 000, it gave me a huge headache and I got dizzy for the first day.
Stay hydrated and don't push yourself and you'll be fine.
