Her accomplishments in theater include writing and performing Solo Performance pieces at Cleveland Public Theater with noted playwright Sarah Morton; performing at the historical Karamu Theater in Arenafest. She performs in The Manhattan Monologue Slam in New York City. As the lead character, Alice in the Cleveland PlayActs Production of 'My Son Alex' in Cleveland, Ohio, her performance was deemed terrific! She will appear in SpiderMan 3 which filmed in Cleveland. Other film work include Director Jason Tomaric?s films, 'The World without US' and 'The Overcoat.' As well as, the movie, ?The Lords of Praxton?by Producer-Director, Peter Fields; a film by British Director Brendon Connelly entitled Grey Goo And, Adrienne is featured in Attrition an Independent motion picture that premiered at The New York Film Festival and the Ohio Film Festival as well. UBU is a writer and actor in a forthcoming sketch comedy pilot being pitched to PAX television, The Mark Norton Show. In November 2005, Adrienne received the Editor?s Choice Award For Outstanding Achievement in Poetry presented by poetry.com and the International Library of Poetry. UBU was one of three finalists for Poet Laureate of Cleveland Heights 2006. She is a WINNER in the prolific ?National Novel Writing Month? (NaNoWriMo) 2005, 2006.

Offically, UBU is declared, ?...one of the funniest women in America? in Judi Brown?s book, ?She?s So Funny,? a compilation of the best jokes from women comedians, in which some of her jokes are published! UBU participated in Tellabration,the National Storytelling Event, where her rich stories and poetry were described as, ?Great!? ?Exuberant!? ?Spirited!? Adrienne has a Associate Degree in Nursing, a Bachelor?s Degree in Psychology, and a Master?s Degree in Philosophy with a Concentration in Bioethics. She applied to and was accepted into Law School but decided not to go to pursue her artistic self. Adrienne is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSAOhio Chapter), Toastmasters, The Cleveland Clinic Speakers Bureau and AORN. She is a soror of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc. Both Adrienne and UBU have trained at the American Comedy Institute with Stephen Rosenfield in New York City, Second City, Judy Carter Comedy Workshops in New York and California, The Manhattan Monologue Slam in New York, and Solo Performance workshops at Cleveland Public Theater. She has taken workshops with Tracy Newman, a writer for the show, ?The World According to Jim?; the actor Tim Bagley of ?Will and Grace? and with Rick Overton, an LA-based Comedian. Her Acting Coach and mentor is the noted Victor D?Altorio. Her most meaningful performances have been in the Cardiac OR?s at Cleveland Clinic with patients and colleagues. Her interests are sleeping, world travel, reading, HGTV, quietly judging others, ?link addiction? from surfing the internet and buying Modern works of Arts. Adrienne's book 'Notes From the MotherShip ~ Naked Invisibles' has a release of January 2008!
