When”. Here you can find with piercing clarity the dramatic result of the human life and, as we see it now, of the entire human race.The album is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the "Noises Of Russia" project. There are both early New Age sound and mature musique concrète sketches in the compositions creating a melodic and meditative atmosphere. Contemplative sound accompanies and organically emphasizes the unhurried and inexorable articulation of hopelessness and death.
