About me:
The NEHEMIAH FESTIVAL 2007 was an awesome time! Our first year event was a step of faith and obedience. Our motto for NEHEMIAH FEST 2008 will remain, "Don't think big, think obedient!" Like Nehemiah, we have been commissioned to rebuild the "wall" that lay in ruin. We are calling on all who willing and able to help with this event.

The Nehemiah Festival, a Christian music and camping event, is scheduled for Friday, September 19 through Sunday, September 21, 2008 at Smithville Lake, north of Kansas City, MO.

The Nehemiah Festival Construction Crew is made of up entirely of volunteers from area Christian churches, organizations and business. There are no major promoters involved in the production or planning. The business plan for this event is clearly defined in the book of Nehemiah.

It is our intent to make this event only as big as God wants it and free to the public. Bathed in prayer, the blueprint for the Nehemiah Festival relies heavily on sponsorships, donations, gift-in-kind services and volunteer help.
