SILENT BEINGS:
The ship has landed with a hiss
on dry sands nearest me
Within a swirl of coloured clouds
the sun shined on the sea...
Through the cooling mists of dawn
small crowds have gathered by
Some peered between the sea oats
And others watched the sky...
The birds increased their singing
the winds have settled down
A ramp was slowly sliding out
and finally touched the ground...
Silent beings float about
there was no gravity
They were our early ancestors
returned to set us free.

A while back, you asked me if I had any ideas on ways to sell your artwork. Recently, I discovered www. etsy. com, which is a place to buy and sell all things handmade. Yesterday, I received a comment from a painter who posts his artwork on Etsy and I thought that I would write to you and let you know about the site. You can list your items under the Art category and the subcategories include aceo, collage, drawing, illustration, mixed media, painting, etc. It might be a good way for you to sell your pieces to an existing audience without having to develop a seperate web site and prospect for new customers. I am currently working on a collection of scarves and spring clothing, which I plan to post on Etsy soon. I hope this is helpful!
