About me:
I'm Ellie, of course. I live in Bennettsville, South Carolina, and I am very proud of being Southern. I also love the fact that I am of Irish and I would pick up and move to Ireland in a heartbeat. (It's so beautiful there!) I live in a small town that has nothing but grocery stores, gas stations, and fast food places. It's so small, you can probably yell down the by-pass and the whole damn town will hear you. I actually enjoy living out in the country, though. I'm not one for lots of traffic and tons of people.
 I've been with my fiance, DJ, going on three years now and I really love him. Of course we bicker and fuss, but he makes me happy. :) I honestly believe we'll be together for the rest of our lives. He proposed to me on Valentine's Day 2007, and I said yes. :) We're almost to the day that I'll become his wife, and I can't wait!
He works at an auto body shop, and loves cars in general. Well, only Fords, especially Mustangs. He has a '94 Mustang that he is fixing up to race, and I can't wait for it to be finished! DJ likes watching movies (mostly Rambo and Rocky and almost all action movies), grilling out, swimming, and working with car audio systems.
When I started dating DJ I got to meet his wonderful son, Damian. He's such a sweet kid, and I love him to bits. He lives with his mom in Lake View, but he comes to stay with us every other weekend. I have a few pics of him up in my pics section, and I'll most likely be adding more as take them. I can't wait until I can officially call him my step-son. :)
 On October 11th, 2006 we had our son, Jonathan Andrew, born via c-section at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC. He weighed in at 7 lbs. 15 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. I'm so in love with him. It's amazing looking at something that you actually made and then carried for such a long time inside of your own body. It's just amazing. :) He's a little hellcat, and I admit that he can get on my nerves, lol. He's still sweet when he wants to be, though.
On June 25th, 2008 at 9:33am, DJ and I welcomed our second son, Brandon Patrick. He was born via a repeat c-section at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC. He weighed in at 8 lbs. 6 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. So far, he loves laying on Mama's boobies and sleeping with his hand curled around his pacifier. He is so darling, and I am enjoying every minute I spend with him.
 I am currently a stay-at-home mommy as well as a caretaker for my disabled mother. I almost lost her this past spring (2007), and I just don't think I could honestly leave her in someone else's hands anymore.. it's just going to be me from now on. She's doing so much better now, though! I'm truly proud of all she's accomplished and I've told her she can't get sick anymore. ;) I love you, Mama!
