He is a smooth mixture of a clear-headed indie pop genius and a morose singer/songwriter. Often hiding his depression with sugary sweet melodies, Farley has managed to build a successful local following out of his strong live shows. His first album, Right This Time was followed by On the Edge of Somewhere in 1999 and quickly after by the similar Halfworldaway in 2000. Taking the next few years to perform, he returned to the studio in 2002 and put together Blue for a fall release.
