At a very young age of 18 months, Megan Mullins started Suzuki violin lessons.
At age 3, she won the Indiana State Fair Showmanship Award at the State Fiddle Championship, singing and playing Rocky Top, and also began performing professionally with her brother, Marcus.
She performed on Crook & Chase TV show at age 5.
To further prepare for the future, Megan added 9 years of dance, 5 years gymnastics, and 4 years on the swim team.
She has won many, many fiddle contests and talent contests.
She became the youngest Concert Master at age 10, in the Fort Wayne Youth Symphony.
She has also been in a professional classical quartet.
Megan won the Ohio Grand Champion fiddle contest at age 10.
She won the Young Artist Classical Competition in Fort Wayne, Indiana at age 11.
She has toured Germany and Poland. . .
For over 14 years, Megan has performed at state and county fairs, the International Bluegrass Music Association, FanFair, bluegrass festivals, coffee houses, Irish pubs, churches, and numerous Germanfests
Her high scholastic achievement:
Graduate of high school at age 15.
Megan is proficient with the following musical instruments:
Violin, Mandolin, Guitar, Piano, Bass, Clarinet, and Accordion.
She performs the following musical genre with perfection:
County, Bluegrass, Jazz, Swing, Celtic, Blues and Classical
She has been a model and has excelled in acting classes.
Her theatrical experience: A Christmas Carol, Guys and Dolls.
Megan first performed on the Grand Ole Opry, at age 14, with brother, Marcus.
She's been touring with BBR label-mate, Sherrié Austin,
playing fiddle/mandolin, and lending background vocals.
