Thanks for checking out our page. Marathon Recording Studio is located in Silverlake, California. The studio is equipped with a full pro-tools digi-002 rig, Focusrite outboard compressors/pre-amps and an 8 track 1/2 inch tape machine, everything for crystal clear or vintage sounds. Marathon has a wide variety of gear, from state of the art to quirky microphones, vintage amps, guitars and keyboards. We have the perfect sound for any situation.. but enough nerdy-equipment romance... This place has an amazing vibe, everyone feels at home the minute they walk in. The olive-green walls and dark wooden beams of the live recording room bring to mind a sherlock holms mystery or the cozy den of a northern east-coast home.
