Hey! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend :) Next week is going to be crazy...three shows in a row! On Wednesday I'll be playing 8PM at Shanahan's Pub and Grill in Vancouver, WA..it's at 209 West Mcloughlin Blvd. Then on Thursday I'll be back in Portland 8PM at the 9 Muses located at 2715 SE Belmont. Re: potatoes--the only way i've ever grown them is by throwing a couple of sprouting ones into a bale of compost. They say only to use "seed" taters because of a possible potato blight disease, but i'd just make sure not to use the same soil for growing nightshades again.
Re: peas for Bunbun--i'm sure she'd love them! Would she eat the sprouts before the plants have a chance to get big, though?
All peas want is sun but cool temps, good dirt (coat seeds in inoculant before planting), and a sturdy trellis.
P.S. I want to stick my face right into that wascally wabbit's bellyfur, she looks so cuddly. Think she'd mind? My fuzzies sure don't like it. Jerks.
Thanks for befriending THE DIRT! Everything on your page here=YES! Way to go, M3! Any advice for folks like me who have no money but want to buy a house? Rent sucks. I'm sure mortgages suck, too, but at least if I owned my home I'd be able to rip out a wall or ALL of the lawn if I wanted to.
