1 8oz. package of Philidelphia Cream Cheese (plain, softened)
3 tablespoons Country Crock Butter
4-6 Cups Powdered Sugar
beat cream cheese with mixer until well softened. add butter, beat. add powdered sugar one cup at a time until well incorperated.
you can use this as a plain frosting or a base for other frostings, just add 2 teaspoons of your choice extracts ( my favorites are Lemon / Strawberry) and I use cake colorings ( to not further liquefy frosting.
Lick the bowl, spoon and mixer blades and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!
