Elektro-Meier has sucessfully held his status of "Marseille Audio Guru" for years, helping people, bands and other music related projects to do the right thing(s) while in the studio. As one of the 3 founding members of upcoming Club Label DeafGlam, Berlin/ Marseille, he will soon ad "Move Ass Guru" to his official list of honours. Besides his Lousy Lover act with Zuckermann, he puts out tracks and performs a spanking live set with Art Kraft as "MeisterFackt" - check the latter out here: www.myspace.com/meisterfackt.
Zuckermann is a real exotic among the flourishing flock of Berlin DJs. Besides his mastery of the minimal disclipline, so indispensable in the German capital these days, he also manages to incorporate tastefully rockin' shit from other musical trails, un-fuckin-believable! (that is, to the flock). Former Berlin/ Budapest/ Tokio residencies hated to let him go, but with DeafGlam on his mind there was no holding back. Now one of two Lousy Lovers on this lonely planet he took up his solid producer skills from back in the days (couple of vinyls, an album and compilations were releasead between 1998 and 2003) and uses them to a good raunchy, minimally banging effect. He performs a rockin' Back2Back DJ-Live Set with Meisterfakt's Art Kraft - sometimes they add singer Rainer Maria too, yahoo!

Lousy Lovers is a project of 2 audio stars from Berlin, one of which is now based in Marseille, Southern France. After they debated the advantages of Berlin Coolness vs. French Hardcore long enough, they decided to clash these influences instead and create "eine elektronische-erotische Tanzkapelle".
Lousy Lovers was born, transforming both the Southern way of making love - too fierce, too short - and the Northern one - too uptight, too short too - into something of an entirely different quality. Whether you'll like that might depend on the girl(s) of course.
And hey, even without girls (or boys, depending on your particular perspective) it's rockin' great. Since their clash "très particulier" of influences merges into a unique House sound, which combines Minimal with fever and heat with not taking oneself too seriously, cheers.
All of that you will find soon on their - and Art Kraft's - label "DeafGlam", which will start its activities in October 2007. Meanwhile enjoy this killa brew and be seeing you in the advanced lovers class of your fine neighborhood's adult education centre.
