Here's my unquestionable top.
1. Face/Off. Why the best? Because it is. Watch it. When Cage tells his wife who he really is? It shouldn't work but it does.
2. Army of Darkness. Under ninety minutes of absolute hilarity. It's not hard to go on and on, but let's just say it's a mix of the little stuff and the big stuff. Also, Bruce Campbell is a god amongst men.
3. The Limey. Before Soderbergh went and won his Oscar, before he shat out Full Frontal. He made this little film about being old and getting revenge. It's the kind of movie that people say this about "You know, I didn't think I was going to like it Lorin, but, y'know, it was pretty good."
4. Moulin Rouge. An insane movie. A film of wonderous highs. So outlandish as to provoke scorn, but too joyous to be anything but fun. Also, much funnier than A Beautiful Mind.
5.Kill Bill. This is my favorite Tarantino movie, and my favorite movie(s) of the last two years. It never steps wrong, and just thinking about it makes me smile. My favorite moment, still, and probably for a long time, is when The Bride cuts off Sophie Fatales' arm. So sudden, so fierce, so awesome.
Here are some movies you must see before you die. There are plenty of lessons that can be learned from these films. 1)Chow Yun Fat is the man. 2)If someone chops off your hand and runs away with it, let it go. 3)You can keep mints anywhere, even your fake eye.

Lorin's Blurbs |
About me:
I'm the Production Director at RadioFirst in Port Huron, and air talent on WSAQ 107.1, also in Port Huron. I like comic books...no wait, I LOVE Comic books, along with good bands, great movies, and pretty much anything Jay-Z or Ghostface do. Seriously, anything. It's kinda ridiculous.

Who I'd like to meet:
I met Ghostface. I still need to meet Jay-Z. Who else is there left to meet now?
Oh, wait...
