Within a sumptuous space that is both a performance hall and distinguished artist’s work-space and display gallery, on any given night you might be moved by the sheer talent and spectacle; you may well meet new friends, and maybe even a soul-mate; you may find laughter bursting from your belly, or tears welling up at the sincerity of this gift being offered by our troupe; you may find waves of sensuality animating your heart and body...
What to Expect:
Perhaps you will see oil painting, sketching, or a photo shoot in action. You may see sexy or playful dance performances, view models and artists acting in evocative sketches and creating erotic tableaux. You will enjoy the sounds of our house band, along with unique musical performances with cello, violin, bass, and voice.
You might hear songs or erotic poetry. Activities run the gamut, and each night has its own particular energy and beauty.
But the Little Red Studio is not just about watching; it is also about participating. Every evening we do things to get people involved and help them get to know each other. We may play sexy parlor games, ask our guests to participate as models for body painting, or turn the Little Red Studio into a disco dance club for a few songs. To engage all your senses, we include some fabulous dessert, typically served up in unusual and exciting ways.
The studio has comfortable, quiet places to sit, converse, and interact with fellow guests, as well as more open spaces to observe and participate in the performances. It is cozy, luxurious, erotic, and, at the same time, quite spiritual. The space is small enough that you will get to know the artists, performers, troupe members, and other guests as we all participate.
How you dress for Little Red Studio is an opportunity for you to express yourself and have a little fun. Wear something you might not wear anyplace else. Something sexy, silly, exotic, or which enhances some aspect of yourself that you would like to experience. Or, dressing in casual attire is fine.

The underlying mission of The Little Red Studio is to celebrate the intersection between art and erotic energy in a relaxed and positive space.
While painting a naked man or woman, you may find personal expression as timidness falls away and you realize that, within some safety boundaries, you are free to create and be who you are. While wrapping yourself up in a wacky costume or being brazenly, shamelessly, boldly naked, you may discover your sensual self.
When chatting with one of the troupe, you may find insight and allow your authentic self to show up confidently. As one of our performers does spectacular aerial antics, you might find inspiration and strength to unleash your creative self…
Or you may just sit back and watch bemusedly.
Little Red Studio can be an incredibly powerful crucible where the erotic energies that percolate under the surface are directed at the creative imperative that drives so many of us, hungry for expression. That expression is expressed in song, poems, and dance…
In stage and theatrical performance like trapeze, rope, and silk aerial acts; skits; dramatic scenes; comedic sketches; culinary treats; art being created, from painting and drawing to sculpture and pottery… Even activities like animated, passionate conversation and offering our unique hospitality can be creative expressions of this erotic energy. The list of possibilities is long and varied.
On the surface, it looks like it’s about sex or sensuality exclusively, and for some, it is. The intent, however, digs so much deeper...
It begins with a more inclusive, mythic meaning of the word and concept of “erotic” (that we have, as a culture, twisted and perverted into a connotation that serves little save as an expression of judgment). Where baring the body is as much a metaphor as an act of brazen vulnerability and freedom. Where sensuality and eroticism is a kind of energy that animates the human spirit as a whole. All in a context of playful exploration, of non-judgmental freedom to express who you are, of sensual opulence and sumptuousness, of gentle encouragement to stretch limits…
To us, erotic, in its broadest definition, is about our soul or spirit expressing itself through the body. Our intent is to awaken this soulful/bodily energy and channel it into creative expression, whether that be art, craft, business, conversation, the way we live, and, yes, of course, sex.
For us, this energy is a gift that has a source, whatever you choose to call that guiding consciousness. And that it comes with an imperative to pass it on, which is the motivating impetus behind our performances. Our experience is that the more we pass it on, the more it increases and, like the concept of karma, it comes back to you.
We celebrate that sensuality can be an end in itself, and not necessarily a pre-cursor to sex. The experience of Little Red Studio focuses on that sensual aspect and its expression in creativity: for many, perhaps surprisingly, it has little or nothing to do with sex.
