They both seem like incredible bad asses but are in reality very kind, generous sweethearts. My Grandfather Roscoe for his bravery, courage, and unfailing love. My Father for his ability to keep getting up no matter how many times he gets knocked down and come back better than before. I also admire his work ethic. My Mother for being a survivor. She is couragous in so many ways.
About me: I am 39 and about to be 40. I have been a dental assistant for over eleven years now. I have been married for 12 years. My husband and I are adopting a little girl from China. We start the whole process in March of '06. Finished our paperwork, fingerprinting, backround checks, homestudy,etc by Sept.'06. Dossier to China Nov. '06. Received our log in date Dec. '06. We are now considered a waiting family. Since we started this the wait has moved from 9-12 months to 24-28 months. The waiting is the hardest part. We are learning chinese while we wait. Hopefully things will speed up soon so we can bring our beautiful baby home. We are hoping to recieve our referal from China this January.
Who I'd like to meet: New friends and old classmates.My husband and I are adopting a little girl from China and would love to meet other adopting families.
