well i think the whole point of paying a manager is to help get you out there. so im like getting you the gigs and photoshoots but then youre getting like double the money youre paying me and then eventually youll fire my ass and youll be sucessful without me.

No new hardware; I was using someone else's kit (ha-ha) for that show. Although, Butcher is going to hook me up with some cymbals. I'm still rocking my natural finish kit.
I think most people just do the "scene" thing for the aesthetics, especially the bands. Although I don't know why, have you seen 95% of the girls who go to those shows? I think music should come from a passion.

I really admire that you're accomplishing life long goals. Most people I know aren't that driven or have gotten side tracked.
And I think that if I don't help people I won't have fulfilled my life's purpose. I start more volunteer work in 3 weeks at a hospital. I'm in this program at my school in which i advise someone younger than me. I feel like such a hypocrite but I know right from wrong haha
You basically named all of the other bands I want to see! The world of music is so vast why just be into one thing? You'll miss out on so much. I really don't like anything with "core" in the name. I feel like theyre doing it for attention, not to actually play music.
My friends and I have some extensive plans for our activities at Lolla haha. Your other plans(which I do quite frequently and must say IS enjoyable) could still be achieved while listening to beautiful beautiful music.

I was totally down with the backstreet boys when I was a kid. I thought all other boy bands were nothing compared to their suave dancing and melodic serenades haha
I absolutely adore indie/folk, hence my interest in buying an autoharp. You should really go to Lollapalooza. For me it's a 40 minute train ride to see Wilco, Rage Against the Machine, Brand New, MGMT, and Spank Rock. I cannot tell you how excited I am =) who else would you be going to see? Radiohead alone would be worth the $80 ticket.
Aerospace engineering?! Thats amazing! What kind of career does that lead to? I'm looking to go to Augustana/Elmhurst for speech pathology and communicative disorders or say screw finding a real job and go to Columbia for fashion journalism and merchandising haha
And the Backstreet Boys, wow do they make my creative senses tingle haha and i think playing the accordion would be a marvelous idea maybe some synth and sitar too

I've taken flute, cello, guitar, and singing lessons. All of which I quit. I've always been more into doing my own thing haha but I'm about to buy an autoharp, just for giggles.

it's alright! i'm okay! i went out tonight after being sick and homebound for 5 day!!!! ahh. i still feel like crap but it's 4th of july! and parties! and carnivals! too much. i don't want to go overboard and then get more sickk which i think is probaly going to happen anyways...
