Like many people I despise writing these things, so naturally, I'm going try to do it anyway because.. well there'd be this really annoying sortof, blank in the page if I didnt wouldnt there? I love rock music (anything really from Dire Straits - Metallica). I like guitars and making them, and if I had the funds, once upon a time I would've made that into my (ahem) "job" or maybe a hobby... This dream was not to be however, due to the whole "student debt" thing; a poorly planned GCSE project, and some miss-informed soul telling me I actually needed to EAT and that it was bad to substitute buying food with copious amounts of woodworking and purchasing over-priced bits of wood... :| Yeah, it was news to me too... Anyway, I decided not to chance the belief that sustinence is over-rated, seeking instead alternative forms of employment. Hence, I now photograph other people playing guitars somewhat better than I can. I'm currently studying photography at Staffordshire Universtiy (2nd year). If anyone needed any gigs shooting in the stoke area or landscape work, possibly even portraits perhaps - full studio set-up or casual; you'd know who to contact right? :P As of... well, recently, I also manage a local band called Blue Origin. They are awesomeness on a stick with awesome sauce and awesome sprinkles on-top... please have a listen :)
Yeah, thats pretty much me, I'm at uni in Stoke-on-Trent which must have one of the best underground music scenes in the country...! Manchester eat your heart out...

i think we should try and bring myspace back to the height of popularity it once was. it was such a good way of keeping in touch, but now facebook is killing the whole online journal type enterprise because its so shit that nobody actually talks to each other on there they just take quizzes and stuff and with myspace its good because you can arrange outings and such like :p i come to you kev because i think you want to form a facebook resistance more than the others ;) anyway HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

There was this virtuoso guitarist festival thing in northampton I had a free VIP ticket to, and I was gonna go down and chill with the guys there for a few beers afterwards...

Anyway, yeah, Saturday. Um, I think me and Tom have sort of planned to go to ze LRV for that big ol' thing down there, though we're gonna meet some people from my course before at some pub first... I'll sort out what's going on and let you know about then.
Yeh it was just alrite. lol. wasnt an amazing 18th but cud have been worse, aiming for my 21st now. lol. Ive started my work placement this week i'm really enjoying it. Back to college nxt week tho. Random gigs in fields aye! haha. xxx

ah i see yess yess im jsut being retared no i still hate the cleaning in the morning but its sorta becoming bare able if you get me but the eveins are always fun so i guess its not all bad though i may take a better job if one comes but to be honest i cant really be bothered to look lol. xx
now i didnt know that, yess yess indeed what is the world coming to ahh nevermind lol, yess yess i found a job the day i came home i was only back one day before i started work at the youth hostel done three weeks there now but yess is all good even if its not the best job in the world but it pays so i gues its ok xx
i was stuck at first at the medowhall end of town but i then batteled the crowds and got stuck in all the traffic in the city center i know what you meen i left at 2 and didnt get home till 6.30 so i know how you feel exept i had no warm car to hide in so i got soked and very cold in the process. xx
